At AmandaPetHub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
• The item must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (such as opened pet grooming products or consumables). These will be clearly stated on the product page.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
• Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
• Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
International Orders
For international customers, return shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
